„Baltieva“ car center extension building
We were entrusted with the construction of the extension of the car center being developed by Kaunas ŠKODA in Vieverių Street, Kaunas. In the rhythm of the city, the implemented project is important in the increasingly modern development of this Kaunas district. The building stands out with its modern architectural solution, is perfectly visible and noticeable. We are happy to be a part of it. „Chemsys“ storage building with administrative premises
Profesional Storage building with administrational facilities, overall size – 1950 m2. Administrational facilities occupy 307 m2 area, with remainder of 1643 m2 for storage. Administrational facilities contain reception, office space with 3 workrooms and director cabinet, meeting room, kitchen, utilities rooms (water and heating), corridor and further office space.

Two-storey residential house
The volume of a two-storey residential house under construction consists of two almost mirrored segments of the same shape. The rounded details of the building retrospect the architecture of Kaunas modernism.

„Sauda“ One-storey storage building
The network of columns is 6.30 m x 11.93 m. The supporting frame of the building – metal (columns, beams) foundations – drilled with ranch, roof structures – metal. Overlay above the living quarters – reinforced concrete. Roofing – roll, welded. Exterior walls – a metal frame, lined with multilayer panels. The building is not heated, only the part of the building is heated for domestic premises and, at a minimum, according to workplace standards in car service areas.

Ramučių cultural center reconstruction
The building under reconstruction was built in 1972, reconstructed in 2000, used as a house of culture, primary school and library.
The entrance to the Cultural Center remains the same, the lobby is reduced by installing offices of the head of the center and the secretariat at the entrance, and a cloakroom for visitors.

Reconstruction of Kaunas city municipality hostel
The building stands parallel to R. Kalantos Street, in the southern part of the plot. On the sides of the building there are passages to the yard and further plots. There is an asphalted yard and lawn areas to the north of the plot. Reconstruction works of the building include works typical for renovation (roof, walls, foundation insulation, new facades, roofing, finishing). In the northern side of the building, in the eastern corner, there is a lift for the disabled with lined walls.

Kindergarten building complete reconstruction project
The purpose of the building does not change. Outside the building, in the northern part, a new ramp is being installed, which ensures access for people with disabilities to the building. The existing building consists of three parts. The two parts for education are two-storey and the third connecting part is one-storey.

One-room residential house
After the general roof construction of the one-room house, a space for parking is provided. The house planning solutions have been chosen so that the house is functionally divided into living spaces (sleeping areas) and common areas. Common room ceilings are oriented to the inner courtyard.

It is planned to reconstruct the existing building and expand the Motor Vehicle Repair Practical Training Center.
