Commercial building in Palanga
The construction of a new commercial building is currently underway in Palanga, at Kretingos g. 56. Baltijos plienas aims to ensure that this building meets the highest standards of functionality, sustainability and comfort.
This single-storey, rectangular building will be characterised by a highly rational space plan. It will feature eight commercial spaces with entrances on the south and west sides, as well as a conveniently located car park with a capacity of 64 cars. The façade of the building will consist of modern multilayered wall panels decorated with aluminium composite inserts, and the exterior will be decorated with imitation rusted steel.
The design of the building pays particular attention to environmental and energy efficiency requirements. The building will have the highest energy efficiency class A++, and its engineering systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, will ensure the comfort of visitors and employees.
Safety and accessibility are important considerations in the construction process. All main entrances will be fitted with impact-resistant glass and the building will have state-of-the-art fire detection and alarm systems.
