Modern shopping centre in Neveronys
Construction work has started on a modern commercial building in Neveroniai municipality, Kaunas district. The new shopping centre will serve local residents and visitors to the surrounding area, providing a convenient and functional shopping space.
The project has a floor area of 1372 square metres and a building height of 6.8 metres. The building will be single-storey, rectangular in shape and will be designed using modern structures and technologies. The project also takes into account energy saving requirements, as the building will have an A++ energy performance class and will be equipped with a solar power plant on the roof of the building, which will generate electricity to ensure efficient use of energy.
In addition, the construction work also focuses on developing the infrastructure around the building. A 65-space car park and landscaped pedestrian walkways are planned for the area. The site will be equipped with modern engineering systems such as water supply, sewage disposal and rainwater harvesting networks. Great attention will be paid to comfort and accessibility, as the premises will be adapted for people with disabilities.
The project also includes state-of-the-art fire detection and alarm systems to help ensure the safety of both staff and visitors. In addition, the construction aims to minimise the negative impact on the environment while preserving the naturalness of the landscape.
This project will not only improve the local trading conditions, but will also create new jobs for the residents of Neveronėliai. At the same time, it will contribute to the creation of a modern infrastructure that will ensure convenience and functionality for the local community.
