Reconstruction of a production building
The existing structure shall not be altered. Only part of the wall is being demolished in order to build an extension. All solutions in the annexe are to be solved by connecting to the existing systems in the existing building. Structures. Pile foundations. Metal columns, metal trusses. Roofing: profiled decking.
External walls, facades. Facade cladding in multi-layer metal panels (hereafter ‘panels’). The panels shall be 1000mm high. The external surface of the panels shall be profiled as for the existing building. Roof. The roof shall be flat roofed, with a rolled roof covering The building shall have an energy efficiency class A+. The dimensions of the building are 36,53 x 18,40 m in plan.
