‘Sauda’ warehouse building
The proposed building is a single-storey building with mezzanines and a warehouse with car repair areas. In accordance with the design brief approved by the developer, the building shall provide for the storage of combustible and highly combustible solid materials (including dust and fibre); materials which burn only in interaction with water, oxygen or each other and where the use of the materials is such as to give a fire load in the room of greater than or equal to 42 MJ/sq.m. The administrative space shall provide space for six employees.
The building has one floor. The building is supported by a metal frame (columns, beams,) drilled foundations with a ransom beam, and metal roof structures. Roof covering – rolled, adhesive. External walls – metal frame, clad with sandwich panels.
The building is not heated, only the domestic part of the building is heated, and the workstations in the car service areas are heated to the minimum required by HN. The main use of the building is for storage purposes.
